Just step off the pristine white powder beach into a warm, clear, turquoise heaven. Your senses will be overcome with a rainbow of colors. You will see many species of tropical fish and coral, sea turtles, dolphins, crabs, lobsters, eels, manta rays and more.
Please help us to preserve this irreplaceable National Treasure by following these simple rules of reef preservation:
1. Corals are living animals. Avoid kicking up sand on them. Please do not touch, stand on or break off coral. They will die!
2. Please do not take anything out of the water. The smallest shell can be home for a tiny sea creature.
3. Please do not feed the fish. Artificial food can kill fish and upset the reef ecosystem.
4. Please remain outside the roped buoy area and enjoy the snorkel trail placed around the perimeter of the reef by the National Trust.
Please note that National Parks Service wardens patrol the reef. They have the power to fine or arrest you should you not follow regulations.
