ACCOMMODATIONS: Suites may not be pre-assigned but we shall do our best to accommodate special requests.
AIRLINE CHECK-IN: Airlines normally request that you check-in two hours in advance of your flight since we are an international destination. When you check your luggage please note that Providenciales International Airport's code is "PLS".
CHECK - IN TIME: 3:00 p.m.
CHECK - OUT TIME: 12:00 noon. There will be an additional charge should you wish a later departure time. Given the size of our suites it takes time to prepare them for arrivals and unforeseen check-ins. Should you have a late departure time we shall do our best to provide a changing room.
CHILDREN: A maximum of two children 10 years or younger may stay free when using existing bedding and sharing a suite with an adult paying the suite rate. Cribs are provided free of charge.
CREDIT CARDS: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
RESERVATIONS POLICY: Because of our limited small size, cancellations or alterations affect us significantly. Travel insurance is recommended. Master Card, Visa & American Express are accepted as are personal checks by prior arrangement only. There is a 10% government Tax on rooms & 11% service charge.
Winter: January 5 - April 12, 2009
Three nights deposit is required to secure reservations, refundable provided cancellation notice is received by our reservations desk 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Thereafter the 3 nights deposit is forfeited to cover any cancelled or altered nights of a confirmed reservation i.e. late arrival and /or early departure will be charged. A credit card processing fee will be charged on all cancellations.
Holiday Period: December 20, 2009 - January 4, 2010
Fifty percent deposit upon confirmation. Cancellations for the period Dec.26 to Jan. 1 must be received BY Sept. 1st in order to be refundable. On September 1, the remaining room revenue will be charged and all monies will be non-refundable. A credit card processing fee will be charged on all cancellations.
Summer: April 13 - December 19, 2009

Thereafter the 2 night deposit is forfeited to cover any canceled or altered nights of a confirmed reservation i.e. late arrival and /or early departure will be charged. A credit card processing fee will be charged on all cancellations.
PETS: Sorry, pets are not permitted.
RATES: All rates are quoted in US dollars for single or double occupancy per suite or guest bedroom on a room only basis and are subject to 10% Government tax and 11% service fee. All suites can comfortably accommodate a maximum of two additional persons above the standard suite occupancy on a queen size pull-out sofa bed in specified room categories. Extra person rate is $40.00 per person per night for ages 10 years or older.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Always a wise idea should plans change and you have to alter your travel dates, cancel your trip or in case of emergency.
