Airline Check-in

Airlines normally request that you check in two hours in advance of your flight since we are an international destination. When you check your luggage please note that Providenciales International Airport's code is "PLS".  
 

Check-in Time

3:00 p.m. Check into our office located left of the Somewhere Cafe.

Check Out Time

11:00 am. There will be an additional charge if you wish for a later departure time. Given our suites' size, preparing them for arrivals and unforeseen check-ins takes time. 

Children

A maximum of two children, 12 years or younger may stay for free when using existing bedding and sharing a suite with an adult paying the suite rate. Cribs,

Pack and Plays and Highchairs are provided free of charge.

Reservation Policy

Because of our limited small size, cancellations or alterations affect us significantly. Travel insurance is recommended. Master Card and Visa are accepted. There is a 12% government tax, 10% service charge and 5% facility fee. A credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be charged on all cancellations.

Winter (January 6- April 30) and Summer (May 1 - December 14)
Deposit and Cancellation Policies.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation and the balance is due 30 days

before your arrival date.

Cancel outside of 60 days before your arrival, we will refund the deposit less 3.5%

credit card processing fee and inside of 60 days it is non-refundable.

Holiday (December 15 - January 5)
Deposit and Cancellation Policies.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation and the balance is due on November 1st.

Deposits are non-refundable during the holiday period, as per our policy.


Pets

Sorry, pets are not permitted.

Rates

All rates are quoted in US dollars for single or double occupancy per suite or guest bedroom on a room-only basis.

Always a wise idea should plans change and you have to alter your travel dates, cancel your trip, or in case of emergency.
