We wanted to advise you that the construction next door to Coral Gardens at the Andaz property has begun on the westerly side of building 4 and only a few condos are affected.

The first phase for the next 4-5 months will be less noisy as they are working on the lower levels of the buildings.  We expect the easterly winds to help reduce the sound.  Unfortunately, we can’t stop progress but we still have amazing ocean views from all of our suites.

We still have condos available from Dec 7th - 24th.
