New update on the Andaz Hotel (nextdoor)
New Update - December 30th, 2025
Light construction is currently underway at the neighboring Andaz Hotel, with limited impact confined to select 4-series condos at Coral Gardens.
In appreciation of your understanding, we are extending a 10% construction courtesy discount off the rack rate for 4-series suites, available from now through May 2026.

We wanted to advise you that the construction next door to Coral Gardens at the Andaz property is in progress on the westerly side of building 4 and only condos in building 4 are affected.
As of December 12th, 2024, we were told that the project is expected to be completed by December 2025
For the inconvenience, we are offering a 10% construction discount off the rack rate for suites in the 4 series from now until November 30th, 2025.
